Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Before Order Processing

    • Clients may cancel their order within one hour of placing it, provided the work has not yet commenced. To request a cancellation, contact us at support@writemycontent.net or call (+372) 712 1901.

  2. Cancellation After Order Processing

    • If the order has already been assigned to a writer and work has commenced, cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund. In such cases, a partial refund may be provided based on the extent of work completed.

  3. Urgent Orders

    • Orders with delivery deadlines of less than 24 hours are non-refundable and non-cancellable once placed.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

    • Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

      • Failure to deliver the completed work within the agreed timeframe.

      • Delivered work does not align with the order details provided at the time of placing the order.

      • Proven cases of plagiarism in the delivered content.

  2. Non-Eligibility for Refunds

    • Refunds will not be issued for:

      • Orders where clients fail to provide complete details or instructions.

      • Revisions requested after the final delivery that differ from the original order specifications.

      • Orders where feedback has already been provided, and the order is marked as completed.

  3. Refund Process

    • To initiate a refund, clients must contact our support team at support@writemycontent.net within 7 days of order delivery. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon approval.

Revision Policy

  1. Free Revisions

    • We offer free revisions to ensure client satisfaction if the delivered content does not meet the original order requirements. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the content.

  2. Scope of Revisions

    • Revisions will only address discrepancies between the original order instructions and the delivered content. Requests for additional content or changes outside the initial scope may incur additional charges.

Disputes and Resolution

  • In case of disputes, our support team will work with the client to find an amicable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, the decision of Artavena Virtual OU will be considered final.
